  • An audio guestbook is a modern twist on the traditional guestbook. Instead of writing messages, your guests leave short voice recordings on a dedicated phone or device. These messages capture laughter, stories, and heartfelt memories, creating a lasting keepsake you can replay and treasure forever.

  • A separate damage deposit (£50 for weddings/private events, £75 for brand activations) covers accidental loss or damage to the equipment. It’s collected with your booking deposit and fully refunded within 7 days of safe return.

  • If you cancel more than 14 days before the event, your booking deposit is non-refundable, but your damage deposit will be returned.

    The booking deposit secures your date and covers the time and work that goes into preparing for your booking, which is why it’s non-refundable.

    Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to additional terms (see your contract).

  • After the event, all voicemails are compiled and delivered digitally, ready for you to replay, share, or use for content.

  • Yes! Multiple phones can be added for £150 per additional phone, ensuring more guests can participate without queues.

  • Minor wear and tear is expected and won’t affect your damage deposit. For accidental damage or loss, repair/replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit, with an itemised invoice if costs exceed the deposit.

  • Guests simply pick up the phone(s) and leave a voicemail. We provide signage with prompts and at larger brand or corporate events, a staff member on site to guide usage.
